In the presence of Mr. Dragan Krapovic, Montenegro’s Minister of Defense, Ms. Anne-Marie Maskay, French Ambassador to Montenegro, as well as numerous French and Montenegrin civilian and military dignitaries, KERSHIP launched on April 24 the construction of the first of two OPV 60M offshore patrol vessels for the Montenegrin Navy at its shipyard in Lorient.
